A close-knit team with real expertise – and behind us, a trusted network of planning consultants, architects, engineers, surveyors and property specialists with decades of combined experience.
Ffion Hughes
A down-to-earth Welsh entrepreneur, born and raised in the Gwynedd countryside, with a proven restoration and development background. Welsh speaker, community builder and charity supporter.
Right now she's restoring her own landmark historic property in Caernarfon – bringing back its original features while building in modern sustainability.
Rob Leach
Rob is the hands-on builder behind the team, with a proven background in restoration and development. He looks at a site and knows exactly what it will take to build it well.
From concept to completion – design, planning, the build itself and the final touches – Rob makes sure every detail meets our standards, including on sensitive sites in conservation areas and historic towns.
He leads our work on the English side of the border, across Chester, Liverpool and the North West.
Charlotte Disley
Charlotte is the friendly first point of contact for landowners, developers and agents – making sure every enquiry gets a warm welcome and a quick, clear reply.
She keeps every deal moving behind the scenes, coordinating with our network of planning consultants, architects, surveyors and local agents so the process feels seamless and easy for everyone involved.
