A down-to-earth Welsh entrepreneur with a proven restoration and development background, Ffion is a Welsh speaker with deep Celtic roots, born and raised in the Gwynedd countryside. Her passion extends beyond property development into community building, charity work, and bringing meaningful economic growth through business and enterprise across the UK. Currently, she's restoring her own landmark historic property in Caernarfon, carefully returning it to its original architectural features whilst integrating modern sustainability, a project that exemplifies her commitment to preserving Welsh heritage whilst creating homes for the future across the UK.

When we bring you a site, we have already done the constraint checks, looked at the planning history, and made sure the owner is open to a conversation. What we do
Site sourcing and identification
We use live planning data, Land Registry analysis and on-the-ground knowledge to identify brownfield, commercial and underutilised sites before they come to market. Our focus is Chester, North Wales and the North West — areas we know intimately.

Landowner introductions
